Your Consultation
Your consultation is where we create your perfect look together. This is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation designed entirely around you.
What Happens:
We'll discuss your lifestyle, health and beauty goals, and what results you want to achieve
I'll assess your natural features, bone structure, skin type, and colouring
Together, we'll design the shape, style, and colour that enhances your unique beauty
I'll walk you through the entire process, answer all your questions, and ensure you feel completely comfortable
We'll take before photos for your records
You'll have time to review the design and make any adjustments, nothing proceeds until you're 100% happy.
I'll apply a patch test behind your ear of the pigment we selected and numbing cream, which needs to be left for 24 hours.
Remember: This is bespoke artistry. Every face is different, and your treatment plan will be tailored specifically to you.

During Your Treatment
Step 1: Numbing
Before we begin, I'll apply a topical numbing cream to the treatment area. This sits on the skin for 20-30 minutes to ensure your comfort throughout the procedure. Most clients find the treatment far less uncomfortable than expected.
Step 2: The Treatment
I'll work meticulously, creating each stroke or application with precision
You can take breaks whenever you need, your comfort is my priority
Eyebrow treatments typically take 2-2.5 hours
Eyeliner treatments take 1.5-2 hours
Lip treatments take 2-2.5 hours
Throughout the process, additional numbing agents are applied to keep you comfortable
Step 3: Immediate Aftercare
Once complete, I'll clean the area, apply a protective balm, and walk you through your personalised aftercare instructions. You'll leave with an aftercare kit and my contact details for any questions during healing.

Aftercare: Eyebrows & Eyeliner (Dry Healing Method)
The first 10-14 days are crucial for optimal results. Follow these steps carefully:
Days 1-7:
Keep the area DRY, no water, cleansers, or products on the treated area
Gently blot away any lymph fluid with a clean tissue if needed
Do not pick, scratch, or rub the area as it heals and flakes
Avoid sweating, so this means, no gym, saunas, steam rooms, or hot yoga
Sleep on your back with a clean pillowcase (change it daily)
No makeup on or around the treated area
Days 7-14:
Continue avoiding makeup, excessive moisture, and touching the area
Flaking is normal, so please let it fall off naturally
The colour will appear darker initially, then lighten to almost nothing as it heals
Weeks 2-4:
You can gently return to normal skincare routines
Avoid harsh exfoliants or retinol directly on the treated area
The true colour will emerge as healing completes
What's Normal:
Initial darkness or redness
Mild swelling
Flaking and itching
Colour appearing patchy or uneven during healing, but this is temporary
Aftercare: Lips (Moist Healing Method)
Lips require a different approach to healing. Keeping them moisturised is essential.
Days 1-14:
Keep lips MOIST at all times so make sure you apply the provided aftercare balm every 1-2 hours
Avoid spicy, salty, or acidic foods that may irritate
Drink through a straw to minimize contact
Do not pick or peel, let any flaking come off naturally while keeping lips hydrated
Avoid kissing, sharing utensils, or putting anything unclean near your lips
No lipstick, lip gloss, or other lip products during healing
Days 7-14:
Continue moisturising regularly
Lips may feel tight, dry, or chapped, this is normal, keep applying balm
Colour may appear uneven or patchy or almost appear completely gone, it will settle
Weeks 2-4:
Gradually reduce balm application as lips fully heal
You can return to wearing lipstick once completely healed (around day 14)
What's Normal:
Significant swelling in the first 24-48 hours
Initial bold, dark colour that lightens considerably
Flaking, peeling, and dryness
Uneven colour during healing

Your 4-6 Week Follow-Up Appointment
This appointment is essential and included in your treatment package.
Why It Matters: By 4-6 weeks, your skin has fully healed and the true colour has settled. This is when we assess the results and make any necessary adjustments.
What Happens:
We'll review how your skin has retained the pigment
I'll refine the shape, density, or colour as needed
We'll perfect any areas that may have healed lighter
This is your opportunity to make tweaks this could be, slightly bolder brows, a more defined liner, or richer lip colour
